By tagging your social media posts and/or images (including captions) with #imwearingbloomatire, #bloomatire, and/or #bloomatirekids (collectively, the “BloomAtire Hashtags”), or by using the handles @bloomatire, @bloomatireman, @bloomatirekids, and/or @bastylestudio (the “BloomAtire Handles”), or by uploading content directly to any BloomAtire website, mobile applications, or social media pages (together referred to as the “BloomAtire Platforms”), you agree to the following terms:
1. User-Generated Content (“UGC”)
Any content you post or upload using the BloomAtire Hashtags, Handles, or Platforms—such as your name, usernames, text, images, videos, likenesses, graphics, logos, photographs, GIFs, or any other materials—is collectively considered “UGC” under this policy.
2. Rights You Grant Us
By sharing UGC through the BloomAtire Platforms or using the relevant hashtags or handles, you grant BloomAtire a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable (unless you tell us otherwise), transferable, worldwide licence (including the right to sub-license) to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and remove your UGC on any media for any purpose, including promotional and advertising uses.
3. Your Responsibilities
By sharing UGC, you confirm that:

You own all rights to the UGC or have permission to share it.

You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals featured in the UGC.
If those individuals are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you are either:
a) the parent or legal guardian, or
b) have obtained express parental/legal guardian consent for their appearance and for submission to BloomAtire Platforms. -
Your UGC does not infringe on any third-party rights, laws, or regulations.
4. Waiver of Rights
You (and any third party where applicable) irrevocably waive all moral rights and similar rights in your UGC, in relation to its usage by BloomAtire.
5. Data and Privacy
Any personal data included in your UGC will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and this UGC policy.
6. Liability and Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BloomAtire (and any authorized representative) from any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees resulting from use of your UGC, including claims from third parties.
7. Changes to This Policy
BloomAtire reserves the right to update this policy at any time. We recommend reviewing it regularly when tagging or uploading content.
